DOMESTIC SHIPPING :
- We offer FREE SHIPPING all across Malaysia for any order.
- We are committed to processing your order(s) immediately and will ship your order(s) the same day or the next business day.
- Order(s) made after 3.00 p.m (Monday - Thursday), will be handed over to the courier service the following business day.
- Order(s) made on Friday after 3.00 p.m., up to Sunday, will be handed over to the courier service the following Monday / business day.
- Order(s) made on a public holiday will be handed over to the courier service the following working day.
- Once dispatched, orders within Malaysia will be delivered in 3 - 5 business days. There might be a delay in delivery due to unexpected/unavoidable factors.
- You will be notified via sms/email/both once your order is processed and the parcel dispatched to the courier company. Tracking information included.
- Delay in receiving your parcel is not under the control of The Premeeta once the parcel has been dispatched to the courier company. Customers are required to contact the courier service company directly with the tracking info received via sms/email to check on the parcel status, in the event of a delay. The Premeeta do not represent any of the courier service companies.
